Johanna was recommended to me by a close relative who worked previously with her. Johanna is professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Her style is to follow your desires and lead yet she gives recommendations when asked or required. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as not being a native Iowan. She explained everything thoroughly and was always prompt in her responses. If I would choose another home in the area I would only want her to be my real estate agent. I was no easy client, as a first time home buyer it took me months to find a house that was in my price range. This was no fault to Jo, it was just very difficult to find something to tick all my boxes for the right price. Jo was extremely helpful along the way, she provided me with a lot of useful info and always had my best interest in mind. She was extremely flexible when it came to doing house showings (I think we toured at least 30 homes). When we found houses that I wanted to make an offer on, Jo would ensure that I was comfortable and familiar with the process, she always kept me very informed. Once I had my offer accepted, Jo helped walk me through the process of buying a home and let me know the next steps. I now live in a home that I love and I wouldn't be here without Jo! She provided me with an excellent first home buying experience, I look forward to working with her in the future if I ever plan on moving.
