Joel Conner does a really good job, and is super responsive! He is the most responsive and approachable realtor I’ve ever worked with, and I will refer him to family/friends without hesitation. He works with many contractors and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to renovations, cost of work, and seems to have the best and most reasonable contractors in his pocket. I’m rarely impressed with realtors, but Joel is in a league of his own.
