Nora is like the superwoman of houses. She seems to know everything about them, so it's like looking at a new house with an unofficial inspector by your side. She listened to all of our wishes for a new house, and found us two perfect homes (the first one sold to someone else). This was my first sale of a home. It was a very old home which I had renovated. Felicia did an excellent job appraising it for the selling price and giving me pointers on getting the final sale done. When situations arose, she resolved them in a timely manner. When working with Felicia, I was impressed by both her knowledge and professionalism. She gave great advice but ultimately left all decisions up to me. She went above and beyond in all situations. I recommend her 100%
