We were referred to Joel by the realtor who sold us our first home. We were looking to sell our rental property and we were told was the BEST man for the job. Well, long story short he definitely was. Right from the beginning he was very professional, he was upfront with me as far as what needed to be done in order to get the property ready for sale. We didn’t feel pressured to do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and he quickly gained our trust. Throughout our home buying process, Joel was quick to respond to texts, set up viewings, made suggestions of homes for us to look at that fit our criteria and provided honest feedback. Since he's done a number of remodels himself, we appreciated his input on potential projects in the home we were considering and his recommendations of contractors we could work with. The closing paperwork can get overwhelming with all the quick e-signing and we nearly paid for a fee that was not our responsibility.
