He went out of his way to show us properties and constantly provided updates on new home listings and was very responsive to providing updates on any properties we had placed offers on. Nate did a great job advertising our house and very helpful when we had showings. The communication and responsiveness was great. We seemed to always be on the same page. The process from selling to buying went a lot smoother than I expected. I think that is due to Nate's hard work. We also saved several thousand using his flat fee and still sold quickly!
