Angela was a very knowledgeable and hardworking agent. She always went above and beyond what I asked for. On multiple occasions we had issues with the sellers agent and Angela was always there to help me through it and giving me advice, telling me what to expect. I was a first time buyer and I felt very secure in her hands. Always quick to respond from questions and still provides great service after the completion of the purchase. Jacquelyn was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything in a way that we could understand and was quick to our calla and questions. We are a retired couple who are not real familiar with a lot of the new technology used by bankers and realtors it Jacquelyn walked us through the process and even met with us personally to do this. ( for instance Doc u Sign). She also also helped suggest a banker to work with since we were new to the area. I would highly recommend jacquelyn.

Zlatka was extremely helpful, and stuck with us through a long process. Our property was not in the best shape, so it took a while to sell. She never gave up on us, and even changed realty companies because she felt her clients were better served by the one she moved to (and it worked!). She kept giving us feedback from people who had viewed our home, and made suggestions for us to improve our property to increase its appeal and value. She was even ready to provide numbers for professionals who could help with repairs and improvements that weren't going to kill our budget. She also helped us navigate through the whole process of negotiations, and stuck with us through a very difficult and agonizing sale (issue on the buyer's end). When it came to helping us but a house she was extremely helpful with that as well. She recommended a mortgage company that made the process so much easier and faster than others we'd worked with (or with whom our buyer had worked). She was able to help us negotiate a better deal on our new property which was in a very desirable area, too. I would highly recommend Zlatka to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Rhiannon knew that we were not interested in having our house on the market for very long. She helped us to get photos done and a video that ultimately sold our house to a couple in HI. She helped us to price it competitively so we received multiple offers. Rhiannon was very responsive. We were able to look at multiple houses the same day we brought them to her attention. We had made offers on 2 other houses, but due to the market we didn’t get them. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process. She helped us find the home we ultimately bought.
