Susie is simply the best real estate agent I've encountered, and I've known some great ones. She was prompt to set up showings, spent as much time with us as needed, and has a delightful, outgoing personality. She gives excellent, experienced advice, responds to texts and questions immediately, and makes you feel like you are her only and best client. She makes the paperwork and logistical stuff very easy for everyone. And here's what especially set her apart for me: I needed to arrange painters and floorers after the purchase but had to be out of town - she not only recommended experts to hire, but personally met them at the property so they could provide estimates and get the projects going. The people she recommended were fantastic. To me, this is truly above and beyond. Everything about this transaction was positive - even though it was just a small condo we're using as a second home, so probably not the most lucrative property on her list of clients.
