Rick Blackwell was a true gem to work with. He is affable in every interaction, diligent from looking at house number one to signing closing papers, and truly knows his stuff!

My fiancée and I had an excellent experience buying our house with Rick. Neither of us have owned a house before, so Rick did a great job explaining everything we needed to know and making sure the process went as smoothly as it could. Even with the added complication of my fiancée being long distance, Rick was very kind and respectful in keeping her involved with the decisions.
