Although it may seem like the process was prolonged, it actually moved quite quickly and smoothly when you consider we were operating from a distance and in a different time zone. Synching both of our work schedules was not easy, but Rick made it happen. He was attentive and listened to our needs, yet honest with us as to what the market held.
