We were recommended Chassy and Ron through another person that had used them as their realtors and had come highly recommended! We had a great experience with both of them. They were kind, compassionate human beings and we’re not there just to make money. They took the time to understand what we wanted and what we were going through. They walked us through every step of the entire process and explained to us everything. We did not hesitate to ask them questions and they always had an answer. We felt very comfortable with them and the choices they were helping us with when looking for our home. We couldn’t have asked for better people to help us. They both were very knowledgeable about the process and how each part of it worked! Thank you so much Ron and Chassy!!!!!

I've completed three transactions with her and they get better every time. She gives me her honest opinions and is willing to help out in a pinch to get things handled when unexpected things pop up. Her knowledge of the local Cedar Rapids/corridor area is quite in depth and gives me confidence I will be getting the best possible price and her negotiation skills ensure it. I'm very happy with our working relationship and look forward to continuing it.

After they showed us our future house, we were on our way back to our apartment and they called us to let us know that someone else put an offer on the house. We had expressed good interest in the home so they let us know we should make an offer ASAP. They gave us all the information we needed to know and helped us out every step of the way. We closed on the house and are very glad we got to buy this home! Ron and Chassy are very passionate about what they do and would love to help you find a home!

Brent was so patient throughout the sales process. He helped to me understand the things in right perspective. Thanks is a small word and not represent the true efforts put by Brent. But still "Thank you" for all your support

Brent and his team are great to work with. They are very personable and help make the transaction go smoothly.

Brent and Cora were so amazing to work with on this journey. They were very understanding of our work schedules and were super flexible with showing houses to us. We explained what we needed and within the same day had a list of almost 15 houses to look at. Brent is super knowledgeable when it comes to helping me understand the legal jargon. I can’t thank him and Cora enough for everything they did for us.

Everytime I felt unsure abt a house Ron reassured me that there’s plenty more out there and helped both me and my dad schedule a bunch of viewings until we found the right home for us. Ron went out of his way multiple times for us I mean he helped us picture what the layout would be like, he explained everything in detail so it’s easier to understand, he even helped us put this big package inside the house when it isn’t even part of his job! My point is Ron is an incredible person and he’s great at what he does. Most of our time was with Ron but the little time that we did see chassy she was super nice and like Ron she helped explain stuff so that we’d understand better. Honestly overall I couldn’t ask for anyone better because I don’t think there is anyone better lol. They both were great to us seriously. Thank you !

Whenever we had a question, no matter what it was, Ron was always able to give us an answer. He always kept us in the loop of things as we shopped around for the right house.

Ron and Chassy helped us list our home, sell our home, and purchase another property during a very difficult time in our lives. They were awesome and would highly recommend them !
