Patrick was a pure professional from the start and even now almost a year after I moved in. The way he continuously checked in throughout the start and got a feel for what I was looking for and how he explained all the things to look out for when looking through listings and when looking through the property itself. After finding the right home, he helped navigate me through all the offering process and minute details that I didn't fully grasp as a first-time home buyer. He made mc comfortable and confident the whole way through and helped me get a great home at a great price. Even a year later I contact him with questions and help and he always responds quickly or even offers to stop by and take a look and provide me with advice. Can't recommend Patrick enough and will never use anyone else!

Nita was fantastic throughout the entire process of finding a home. She really took the time to get to know what we were looking for to find the perfect home. Very communicative and available. We texted and talked on the phone often. Nita was always very prepared when we visited homes so I could take notes and she pointed out things that I wouldn't always think of. I felt like she went out of her way to check in with me during the process and be sure I found a home that would be perfect. Highly recommend!! It was a stressful process for me and Nita made it enjoyable and helped me find the perfect home.
