We recently purchased a new build through Dawn Edwards and were blown away by the level of service she and her team provided. From the very beginning Dawn made us feel like a priority and always made time for our emails, calls and questions. Our build process took just over a year from lot selection, design to build plus a lot change in between and Dawn guided us through the entire process. Once the build was underway she made sure we got weekly photo updates and made time for us any time we wanted to walk through to see progress. Through several home purchases and building projects I've never received this level of service from an agent before. I can't wait to work with Dawn again on future projects.

Jacquelyn was great. Her suggestions for listing strategy worked well. Specifically she did a thorough market analysis and presented a strategy and tactical plan depending on interest ans activity. She was always there to answer questions and provide advice. For example, we were concerned about some of the requests from the home inspection and she assured us that these were not unusual and were reasonable. Her approach is pragmatic, practical and provided us with the results we were hoping for. We highly recommend her as an effective partner in the selling process.
