Extremely knowledgeable, great communication, and doesn't sugarcoat anything when she found any problems with the houses I looked at. She hung in there to help me find my favorite.

This was the second time we used Grant to list our home. Both times he was easily accessible and was great to communicate with. We were happy with how fast we were able to sell our home and the offer we received.

Darci went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me find my first home. Coming off from an intense surgery and a divorce, picked me up and she drove me around looking for homes. The Starbucks runs in the mornings are the best😍 Since this was my first experience doing it myself she made the process simple and easy. From helping find my home to walking me through the process of getting the loan to final closing, Darci made it an enjoyable experience for me!! Darci is my go to from now on! Thank you Darci

My wife and I moved to the Des Moines area from Colorado. Nora and her team were exceptional in helping us through the process considering all of our interactions were virtual. From initial conversations to house showings, Nora and her team went above and beyond to make the move as seamless as possible.

We sold and purchased at the same time. Dawn made it an easy process and it went flawlessly. It had been several years since we moved last and she guided us each step of the way. She found exactly what we were looking for in our next home and we are thrilled to be all moved in. I can’t recommend Dawn enough. She was extremely knowledgeable and we felt confident with each decision throughout the process. We will be working her for any future purchases. 10 out of 10.

Kristal was invaluable in this process. She knew the market and was spot on in pricing. She picked out finish selections as well as colors. Her staging really made it easy for the buyer to see themselves in the home. I can’t say enough about how great she was!
