Jeff is an outstanding Professional and is the person You need in Today's market. Believe me, I initially tried a Flat Fee Agent hoping to save a few dollars only to be very dissapointed and no 'quality' offers. After three months I lost the opportunity to sell while the market was hot. After speaking with Jeff, I knew I found a Motivated and Creative Agent. Within two weeks we had an offer at my asking price, however with rising interest rates the would be buyer was no longer qualified. His true professionalism kicked in, he reached across to the Buyers Agent and was able to locate a new Mortgage and all of us worked together to reduce the Buyers interest rate and have the home they really want. Sarah was a rockstar realtor to work with, and you can trust me on that, I’m in a band! But in all seriousness, she is incredibly knowledgeable and was always a clear concise communicator , which was especially helpful as a first-time home buyer. I really appreciated her patience during house showings – seriously, she must have the patience of a saint. She was always happy to give me the space and freedom to explore and figure out what I truly wanted. The entire process was surprisingly painless, and I have Sarah to thank for that. My favorite part was definitely her endless supply of good humor – whether facing a litany of lizards or basements that were certainly used for human sacrifice, she made the experience enjoyable. I can't recommend Sarah enough to anyone starting their home buying journey. She's truly the best!

Susie is by far the best realtor in the area! She is super knowledgeable about the market, the area, lenders, you name it. She gets right back to you on any questions or concerns you have. She’s relatable and grounded, nothing is too big or small for Susie. I’ve used her for several buys and sells and she makes everything so seamless and positive. She makes what can be a stressful experience anything but stressful! I was told about Rhiannon by a family friend and decided to talking to someone local would be better as I was having a terrible time with a couple other avenues. There were a couple times I had to re-schedule on my end and she was always available to fit my schedule. After a couple of showings she knew exactly what I was looking for. Whether it be the area, price range, amenities or deal breakers. I first started looking last year but the market was poor and took a break. I was glad she was available when I started looking again. It was my first time buying a home and it was a pretty stressful time, but if it weren't for Rhiannon and the lender she suggested I am not sure I would have made it.
