Linda has gone above and beyond to be incredibly helpful during our entire home-buying process. We purchased a house from a different state, but with Linda we never had an issue as she always went to showings on our behalf and took great videos to share with us. She repeatedly made a point to make sure our interests and desires were being addressed, facilitated seamless negotiations with the seller, and even assisted us with arranging home repair/renovation items such as our new flooring installation. Brenda priced my house right and it sold for full list price. She even helped with setting up contractor to come in and do requested repairs by buyer. She provided me boxes to pack and even assisted with finding me a new place to live.
