Tracy has provided me tremendous knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process! I have limited real estate knowledge but with her expertise I was able to calculate the right listing price as according to the market and appraisal. Although I decided to put the house on the market at not an ideal time she still coached me through until a buyer was found.
