I didn't expect to get the house since there's a lot of traffic and we had to wait outside for the prospective buyers to leave. I had to go back to CA the next day so that same night I made an offer. I thought I had to wait for at least two days to know if my offer was accepted, but the next day she called me to tell me that my offer was accepted. Kelly gave me value for my money! She was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and went above and beyond. I was on vacation and things started heating up with offers and she kept me informed each step of the way. She also met and paid a plumber upfront (I reimbursed her) when a leaky faucet needed repair while I was away. Although she was busy with other clients and offers, I always felt she was just a phone call, text or email away. Her response time was phenomenal!
