I didn't expect to get the house since there's a lot of traffic and we had to wait outside for the prospective buyers to leave. I had to go back to CA the next day so that same night I made an offer. I thought I had to wait for at least two days to know if my offer was accepted, but the next day she called me to tell me that my offer was accepted. I was impressed on how fast she did everything, very professional and detailed. I am already recommending her to my friends.

Jim Marrs was always accommodating. He always immediately answered my calls when i had a lot of questions when i first bought my home in 2011. If he couldn't answer the phone , he always called me back the same day. He was very knowledgable as my realtor. He gave me a lot of options, and let me decide for myself what i think best fits my needs during the home buying process. Yet he gave me advice on the pros and cons of my decisions. No pressure to work at all with Jim. He was very attentive during the whole process and made sure i understood everything. He was a very busy realtor, yet he always diligently took the time to offer utmost service to me and my family. So now, I am selling my home and i picked Jim as my realtor for the second time. As always, Jim works very professionally, and I am grateful to have found a realtor who has integrity, is honest and kind.

Kelly gave me value for my money! She was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient and went above and beyond. I was on vacation and things started heating up with offers and she kept me informed each step of the way. She also met and paid a plumber upfront (I reimbursed her) when a leaky faucet needed repair while I was away. Although she was busy with other clients and offers, I always felt she was just a phone call, text or email away. Her response time was phenomenal! I would highly recommend her and will use her again, if needed, in the future!

Once she handles the business whether buy or sell homes for us and friends, we are confident she delivers fast, we just sit back and relax and wait for escrow to close. We had past transactions with her and had recommended her to some friends. She helped us buy a condo 4 years ago and helped us sell it recently with 5 star service. She would go out her way to help correct and fix things after inspection of the property. She follow up with other parties, agents and escrow to make things work. I would recommend her to any buyer and seller and they will not be disappointed.

Janet came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. She did a great job in representing us. We had many showings and were under contract, when the sale fell out of contract. Janet worked very hard to save the transaction even though it was not fault of hers, but was a buyer issue. Subsequently we put the property back on the market. She produced two new offers and help us move to a successful closing. He understanding of the market and of the process was excellent. The highest recommendation I can give is that I would use her again in a minute.

Kelly was fabulous to work with. She was very diligent and patient. We looked at quite a few homes with her. She wasn't pushy at all. She really knows the market and works hard for her clients. She would point out the bad as well as the good in homes that we saw with her. When we found the home we loved, she was great. We might have lost it if not for her helping us put together a winning offer and moving quickly to get an acceptance (a topping offer came in right after we signed up). She was very professional. She explained everything very well and really helped us with every detail of the process. We have bought and sold a number of homes and worked with a fair number of realtors. Kelly is by far the best we have ever worked with. I highly recommend her!!

Meghan made buying a house so easy. We were first time buyers, had no idea what we were doing but Meghan explained and handled everything. She was on top of every response with the other realtor, loan officer, inspectors, title company and anyone else involved. We couldn't have had a better experience, we would highly recommend Meghan. We only had to look a few days before finding the house, one that Meghan actually selected because she thought we would really like it and we moved in 6 weeks later into our beautiful house. She mad it not scary and helped every second of the way, we can't thank her enough for helping with such a huge moment in our life.
