Christine Torres is the true essence of what a professional real estate/ rental agent is and should be! I was relocating to Las Vegas from Colorado Springs with my airline job, and had less than a month to find some place to call home. The first place that Christine showed me, I definitely wasn't impressed. Christine asked me what were things that I was looking for in a house rental. I gave her a list of my must haves and from that point she would send me properties online that fit into my criteria, and she would look into properties that I would send to her. Working with Christine was a time saver, because there were times when I would send her properties that were off the market and hadn't been removed or she wasn't able to research the properties at all. Christine had shown me at least 6-8 properties during my two trips to find a place. There two things that impressed me the most about Christine, her willingness to FaceTime and show me properties when I needed to be back in Colorado Springs. The second things was her ability to realize that something wasn't right about a property, not

We have used Michael for multiple real estate transactions, and will continue to do so. He has become our family realtor, also helping my parents both buy and sell, as well as my sister. Everyone has the same impression of Michael...he's simply the best. My wife and I have done real estate deals in various cities over the years, and we wish Michael could represent us throughout the country, that's how good he is! Highly recommended. Thanks Mike!

Michael is knowledgeable in the purchasing and selling of real estate and it was apparent from out first meeting. He showed data before we decided on a selling price, and the process followed the statistics from the beginning to the end of the sale of our property. Michael kept us informed, and thoroughly advised or explained options along the way. He is a professional of the highest standard. I have confidently referred him and am about to again. We also put him in our trust as the one to sell our home. Thank you Michael and Realty ONE Group.

Michael was so great to work with on buying my first home. He is extremely knowledgeable on everything real estate related and could always answer all of my questions. As a first time homebuyer, he helped me learn the important things to look for as we viewed homes. It took me a few months and multiple offers to find something, I felt he always went above and beyond to make sure I had my best chance at the home I wanted.

Michael helped me a lot on purchasing my first property. He always respond to me whenever I have questions and helped me find a decent lender. Every time I talk to him, I know he is a reliable agent and I can always gain some knowledge about real estate. I don't feel I am wasting my time when I discuss details on closing. He is going to be my agent for my future purchasing.

"Buyers from out of state, not knowing the Vegas area. We contacted Mike and he called us back on the same day (Sunday). Just the way he talked with us, eased our minds. We felt we were his only client-he always took our calls and our texts were answered within an hour. You can tell he knew the real estate business. With the questions he asked he knew what we were looking for and sent us options. We narrowed them down, came to Vegas to look at our choices. Within 2 weeks we found our house and 5 weeks later we were moved in. He kept us on top of everything and during these times with Covid-19 was aware of the need for precautions. I could go on but you get the gist. He is a GREAT agent." 6 years later -still very happy and Mike keeps us updated

Michael did a fantastic job of helping us sell our home. From day 1 he was helpful, friendly, professional, personable, and pleasing to be with. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process: buying or selling. He communicated well and kept us informed at all times on every issue and was present throughout the entire home selling experience. He always did it with a smile and patience. He is an excellent choice if you are looking for a real estate agent.

Worked with Michael on buying a single family home, but before landing on that looked at and discussed condos and townhomes. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable agent. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions, and Michael not only was prompt in getting back to us, but was extremely detailed. Very often Michael would cover things off with us before we could ask, it was wonderful working with him through this whole process!
