Michael assisted us in relocating to Nevada and has made this experience seamless and as stress-free as possible. It was my first time buying a home and I was surprised at smooth this process was, but that was because Michael handled everything behind the scenes and really went to bat for us. He was very detail oriented, great communicator, and gave us advice on things we wouldn't have considered. We really appreciated working with Michael and would 100% recommend him.

"Some people are born to help others, and this is definitely true with Mike. He helped us through every step of buying our home. He was there to answer our questions and provided the best assistance when we needed it. Mike gave us a list of numbers for calling to change over utilities, and names of vendors who could help with minor repairs. Mike was always available to give guidance through the whole process. We would highly recommend Mike when buying a home."

We highly recommend Michael as a real estate agent. He was our RE agent when we bought a house 4 years ago and he paid attention to every detail. Recently, he listed our rental property. He is very knowledgeable about each step involved. He takes the time to answer any questions and makes the whole process low stress. He is very professional and ethical. You won't be disappointed!"

We have had the pleasure of working with Mike on 2 home purchases and 1 home sale. Every interaction is efficient, respectful and accurate. We have referred Mike (with positive outcomes) on home purchases with 3 other friends as well as my parents. To say I recommend Mike is an understatement; he is easy to recommend because of his knowledge, confidence, negotiation skills and ability to stay on top of every detail and keep us updated with the information along the way. We never questioned where we were in the process because Mike proactively sends those details.

Mike is an amazing agent. He is super knowledgeable and really makes you feel like you are top priority. Mike made sure we had every question answered and no ask was too much for Mike. If you want an agent who is truly looking out for your best interest Mike is the one. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for all he did for my family and I we are truly grateful that we had Mike as our agent. 100% would recommend him to all my family and friends.

This is the third property I purchased thru Mike. Although the first 2 properties were purchased almost 10 years ago I decided to stick with him because he seems to have a good handle on the real estate market in Las Vegas. And I am very happy I did. He is on top of everything, from negotiating, recent market trends, repairs, comparables, etc. Should I decide to purchase a 4th property in Las Vegas, I would definitely go through him again.

Mike was extremely attentive and went above and beyond negotiating for me every step of the way. We were able to negotiate below asking price and even managed to get me an expected credit for repairs! I never had to reach out for updates or status because he is on top of timelines and anticipates next steps to ensure we closed on time. I was out of the state at the time of purchase and he made sure to accommodate both my schedule and location. He was not salesy or pushy during our search and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending him to my sphere of influence.

Michael was professional, understanding and patient above and beyond. can we offer more than 5 stars? He was more than helpful - he gave good advice about pricing the property and helped keep us in reality. He shepherded the deal - with all its complications - to a successful end. We do not have more properties in Vegas but if we did we would certainly want to use him again!
