Rosario took care of everything, she was right there everytime I had a question. she has a network of very talented people for everything from the photos to recommendations of very good fair priced contractors for some various repairs needed to meet my home inspection requirements. Our sale was quick and was for full asking price. she was also able to close on the house we wanted to buy with in days of our sale and worked out the details

Kelly is awesome!! She is someone you need by your side when looking for a house. She was always looking out for us to let us know about listings we may be interested in. She was always patient and stuck by us when we thought we couldn't find our home. She was always quick to respond when I had questions. On the early stages of house hunting- we had some hiccups along the way but she really goes above and beyond to get you to your goal. I am very much impressed on her attention to detail when closing escrow. She handled what needed to be done and was on top of things which is a great quality! I appreciate that. I met Smadar and her husband 3 yrs ago when I first moved to Vegas at an open house. They were welcoming, and full of useful and helpful information. I did not qualify for a loan yet but they still took the time to give me advice. Two and a half yrs later, I reached out and they remembered my family and I, and they were ready to help with the same non-demanding, whenever you are ready to find what you love then we are here for you attitude. They were so patient, kind and generous with their time that I found myself talking to Smadar as a friend. She was there anytime I texted or called. Smadar was so encouraging, and always had an answer for ALL my questions. You could tell she has been doing this a long time and she absolutely loves it. After we purchased the home of my dreams, Smadar is still texting and sending encouraging messages. Her and her husband became our friends and a part of our family.
