Michael was awesome! He was friendly, full of knowledge and was also available during the entire process. We saw several houses with him and he had a lot of information to share about each one of them such as schools, neghborhood and places to shop. One of the most positive characteristics of Michael was how patient he was. He knew exactly what to say and how to say to keep us comfortable during the entire process. Another important thing to mention is how available he was. He was always ready to check on things. Deadlines, mortgage process were always shown to us before we even asked.
