Mike got us much more than we expected for our house. He really knows the market. He is very detail oriented and on on the ball to make sure the process runs smoothly. He doesn't skimp on his marketing. He uses top gun photographers and videographers to make sure the property gets noticed. All of his recommendations and advice was spot on and proven correct. Highly recommended!!!

Having worked with a handful of agents in the past, I would have to rank Sue right up there at the top of the list. In this purchase transaction, Sue was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing guidance throughout the entire process. With me being out of state, I had to lean on Sue for more assistance than usual. She looked out for me every step of the way and even negotiated additional seller credits for me. Anyone needing an agent in Las Vegas, I would immediately put them in touch with Sue.

Mike was extremely transparent and thorough on every single step of the process. He clearly explained our options and we knew what to expect right out of the gate. Once we decided to go with him the ball was instantly rolling and he kept us on a strict timeline. Our home was sold in less than 48 hours & above asking price with his guidance. We couldn’t have asked for a better professional to assist us in this process. Thanks Mike!
