Kelly is real detailed oriented and very proactive. She was phenomenal at keeping us updated and making sure that all parties involved were well informed. She was fantastic with follow up. She was very attentive to us from the beginning when we sold our home up until the day we received our house keys to our new home. She was always available to answer questions and was very prompt with obtaining a response. She was very informative and always gave us good advice. She is very knowledgeable of the market and of all procedures required to sell and buy a home. Rosario took care of everything, she was right there everytime I had a question. she has a network of very talented people for everything from the photos to recommendations of very good fair priced contractors for some various repairs needed to meet my home inspection requirements. Our sale was quick and was for full asking price. she was also able to close on the house we wanted to buy with in days of our sale and worked out the details
