Kelly Raia stays very professional when dealing with the seller's agent from submitting our offer letter, arranging the home inspection and subsequent negotiations. She helped arrange bids from contractors for work to be done to satisfy the purchase. Her follow-up calls are always timely and thorough which kept our purchase with an out-of-state seller on schedule. She always arrived early for our meetings and her experience with the escrow process was invaluable. Our realtor, Kelly Raia provided us with outstanding service throughout the years helping us find and select tenants when we were renting our place, and especially with selling our condo. She worked beyond and above anyone could expect beginning with helping w/ finding a painter to touch up the condo, inviting a carpet cleaning company, advertising, working with the escrow, and much more. Due to her diligence we were able to receive some additional discounts as she stayed on top of the things when escrow experienced some difficulties. We listed our condo in October and escrow was closed in November, due to her hard work. She responded fast and was extremely helpful and reachable beyond the hours through the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and even stayed on the phone with us through the whole process while we were signing papers w/ notary in another state. Kelly was so sweet to our sons that my five-year-old wanted to send her a Valentine with the box of art supplies she gave him as a house-warming gift!
