Jim Marrs was always accommodating. He always immediately answered my calls when i had a lot of questions when i first bought my home in 2011. If he couldn't answer the phone , he always called me back the same day. He was very knowledgable as my realtor. He gave me a lot of options, and let me decide for myself what i think best fits my needs during the home buying process. Yet he gave me advice on the pros and cons of my decisions. No pressure to work at all with Jim. He was very attentive during the whole process and made sure i understood everything. He was a very busy realtor, yet he always diligently took the time to offer utmost service to me and my family. So now, I am selling my home and i picked Jim as my realtor for the second time. As always, Jim works very professionally, and I am grateful to have found a realtor who has integrity, is honest and kind.
