I don't know where to start. Let me just tell you that my wife Annie and I needed to downsize fast. Prices for homes were at all time highs, so perfect time to down-size, right? But in our first conversation with Chrissy she commented: "Yes, it's a good time to downsize, it's a seller's market and I know I could sell it quickly, but you have to think where you will go after your house sells." Wow! we both thought, is she trying to talk us out of selling our home? The answer is "no" she was looking after our best interests and warning us to think about the next step. We then started on a long journey with Chrissy. Looking back now, she prepared offers from us on five different homes and she fielded offers from four different buyers! It required 9 contracts to get us out of our home and into our new home! She accomplished this with not one complaint or negative comment, unbelievable. She managed our transition so skillfully that the closing on our "sell house" was two days prior to the closing on our "buy house". This meant that we did not have to get a loan because we used the proceeds from the sale of our house to purchase the next. Chrissy accomplished this at a time when contingency offers were not favorably looked upon by sellers. This was key for us because we didn't want to have to pull from taxable retirement funds to make this purchase. Nor did we want the cost of obtaining a loan.
