Tara, Jenn and Team made the process simple and efficient. We chose Tara after watching a video where she discussed how to gain value from houses with solar. We were thinking of listing with Open Door, but after meeting with Tara, she felt we would be leaving money on the table and she was right. Her marketing and staging allow us to list home on a Thursday and have signed contract after multiple offers on Sunday. She also agreed to handle any issues arising from the home inspection as we were traveling out of the country. This was a giant weight off. Overall, this was truly a 5-star performance and we are extremely pleased with the results.

I was recommended Tami and I called her and I will say that from the beginning she was the best. I was visiting AZ on a Saturday from CA and gave her a few details of my life and what I wanted and would consider in AZ and let me tell you that by Monday we where full on the search. I love that she gave me what I wanted. I don't like to be upsold I gave her a range and a list of must haves and she just made it happen. I bought this home myself and at times I told her she was going to have to be my person I blamed. lol She was so supportive that I realized she is one of those Real Estate engines that still cares about her clients. Please if you are thinking about a agent call Tami she always has a smile and always willing to help. She always responded to my off the wall questions fast and clear. I have recommended her to a few people in CA looking. Ask her about my off the wall offer that won me my dream home. She didn't question it just went with it.
