Tara was fantastic! She was super responsive to all of our questions. Tara really listened to what we were looking for and made insightful recommendations. She patiently guided us through every step of the buying process, especially as we were from out of state. Her in-depth knowledge of the Phoenix market and her high energy level helped make buying our dream home a reality.

Tami was on top of things right from the start. She gave an honest opinion and assessment of our home. We had a ton of questions, and she walked us through the process prior to starting without any pressure. Tami has extensive knowledge of the Buckeye area. Pricing is always a significant factor, and she really hit the mark. Tami made herself available to answer any questions during the process, and was an excellent communicator, calling each week with an update, even after contract acceptance just to keep us informed as to the status of buyer process, so we never felt like we were in limbo or in the dark. She is trustworthy, conscientious, and detail oriented, and I would use her services again for buying or selling any future property.

In the past we have moved from Arizona to the east coast and back to Arizona and have worked with seven different realters and none of them are as knowledgeable or worked harder than Tara. I would not hesitate to use her again. She also is the most knowledgeable person I know for anyone who is considering purchasing solar also. She is the best having moved so often.

He is a young and full of energy for doing his job. Leo informed me every steps of buying the house . The best part is that he got my deposit money back on the previous transaction, which I forfeited and totally forget about it. Honestly, you rarely can find an agent with that quality nowadays. Good job Leo!

Christa really is a one of a kind agent. She took all of our questions and concerns and handled them with care. She followed up promptly with the builder on numerous occasions and ensured the buying process went as smooth as possible. Christa knows the market and her experience is second to none, I never want to work with anyone else and she will forever be my go-to for all my real estate needs! Christa made us feel like family and we are truly grateful for her and appreciate everything she has done for us.

Courtney was great to work with and had plenty of information that helped us buy our first home in this crazy market. Went above and beyond what most realtors would do and took the time to talk with us about any issues or questions we had about every property we saw.

Suzie really wanted to understand what I was looking for in a house, not just for me but for my pets needs. She was knowledgeable in the areas of where she thought I'd be most happy. She really went above and beyond what anyone could ask of a realtor. Thank you Suzie for your help in making this house a reality!

Tara was the most thorough, knowledgeable, and fun realtor we have ever had in our long history of more than 40 homes! First, she knows the market so well that we were able to sell at a much higher price than we expected. Then, she and her assistant helped stage the home, check on each potential buyer, and keep us informed at each step. We strongly recommend her if you want a flawless sale quickly and accurately!

We only had a few days to find a home in AZ. My spouse and I didn’t know the area well, but she helped us find a great home in a great neighborhood. We were in the Phoenix area for 2 days and she took the time to show us some homes in the east and west valleys. She guided us thoroughly through the process and explained everything. Plus, Suzie follows up us and we feel like she’s family.

From the moment I met her at an open house, she was very friendly and inviting. She offered her services and some very nice marketing tools for me to remember who she was. She was very knowledgeable to the market and kept me on track every step of the way. She kept in touch with me by phone, text and email, and always had time to answer questions no matter how busy she was. She didn't mind explaining things I didn't fully understand. I learned a lot about real estate, and I really appreciate her.
