We purchased a new-build (Lennar home) in Verrado in 2019 / 2020. We would not have even been aware of this floor plan or neighborhood if not for Sheila Watson. Although many time the builders' sales agents will discourage realtors, we would not have had a good experience if not for Sheila. The builder's agent disappeared half way through the waiting period. Sheila stepped in and made sure all the vital communication was correct and all deadlines were met. She even found us a mortgage broker, handy man and painter for the interior.
