The perfect real estate agent is honest while maintaining professionalism, listens to their clients needs/wants, and will go to bat for their client no matter what. That is exactly what you get with Diana. Our home purchase was one hurdle after another but Diana was beyond phenomenal in keeping everything on track, picking up the slack from others, and making sure everything went through. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Diana nor can I recommend her enough, ESPECIALLY for people with animals/livestock.

Christa and her team are top notch. I never knew selling our home, and buying another one, could be so seamless. They were professionals in every aspect of the process. Our expectations for a new home were met from every angle. We found the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, fairly quickly because they really listened to what we were looking for and why. That was followed by excellent schedule management for showings. Inconveniences were kept to a minimum. Christa had several excellent offers within 36 hours. Christa put our house on the market at tens of thousands of dollars above what Zillow or Redfin had as their market value, and we were concerned about the listing price. It turns out that she knew exactly what she was doing, because we got an offer well over the listing price! She was knowledgable about the market, the local area, and the neighborhood buyers. Her photo's of our house were awesome, and I think were a factor in getting buyers interested in looking at our house. We also needed to rent back the house for a few months, and she negotiated that part of the deal very skillfully, which means it saved us a lot of money.
