We purchased a new-build (Lennar home) in Verrado in 2019 / 2020. We would not have even been aware of this floor plan or neighborhood if not for Sheila Watson. Although many time the builders' sales agents will discourage realtors, we would not have had a good experience if not for Sheila. The builder's agent disappeared half way through the waiting period. Sheila stepped in and made sure all the vital communication was correct and all deadlines were met. She even found us a mortgage broker, handy man and painter for the interior. As we say in the Corps - "OUTSTANDING!!!"

Sheila was top notch in dealing with the sale of my Sun City home. We listed in October and closed by end of November. From beginning to end she shared knowledge and patience during the process.
