Joann goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal. She will be with you from the get go all the way to signing at closing. She will move mountains to make sure you as the seller will the most out of your sale. She is very friendly and very professional but most importantly she sees you as a human being and not just a number. She really cares! Highly recommended.
