We really enjoyed working with Julie on our house hunt. She has been very supportive and was just a text/call away when we wanted to get information on anything in the market or have questions about the process any part of the day. We don't recall a time where our call was ignored and didn't get a call back as soon as available if missed. She raised our spirits and shared positive experiences when we felt low about the market at times. Her role didn't just end with the offer getting accepted, but she continued to work with our lender and even took all the pressure upon herself when things were going bad and also escalated the matters at lender side to get proper attention and resolve the issues and close the process in time. Buying a home is an intimidating process and some people may think it is not possible for them. I feel so lucky that I had Julie Bekerman-Singh as my realtor for a number reasons. If there is any stereotype that realtors have that come to mind, Julie would surprise you as she does not fit in any 'box'. I had coffee with her nearly two years before my home purchase to get an idea of what to expect during the process and to get a feel if I would like to work with her. Julie never pressured us in any way (I've heard of some nightmare stories!) and when we were ready, she gave us all the tools and knowledge we needed to start looking at homes. She educated us so we could be self sufficient in details that some people may not know when buying a home. This made us feel like we were protected and in very good hands. One of the biggest strengths Julie has is making herself available 24/7. Any time we saw a home and we wanted information on it, we would send it to her with a response right away. She made it so easy working with our schedules and making sure we got to see every home that caught our eye. Our home was not easy to come by, but with Julie's determination, we got our offer accepted and she made sure the rest would go smooth with no hiccups. Even after our closing, she would still check on us and provide answers to my questions so quickly. I will be referring her to my friends and family and I will be proud to do so. We now have a beautiful home because of the hard work and dedication she put in to get us there and we are so grateful!

Julie helped us sell our home during the COVID pandemic and we could not be happier with her services! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Claudia Conversano during our home purchase process. Claudia worked around the clock, weekends, morning and nights to find a home for our growing family. The pressure was on and Claudia delivered! From the begging I knew Claudia was a great realtor fit for this process. We had an initial meeting to go over what we were looking for then she searched based on our list and took us to see ALL the properties we sent her. It was a lot of work. Claudia has good repore with other realtors which helps with scheduling viewing/tours. When the financing process started, we hit a snag and Claudia was sure to keep us informed and offered solutions during the entire process. We are now in our new home, set-up and still awaiting the arrival of our new baby all thanks to Claudia. Yogi was referred to us by our realtor while she was OOO. I was initially skeptical on bringing Yogi upto speed on my wish list. Yogi EXCEEDED our expectations, he did his homework on the very first meet. He has a very kind demeanor, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, inspections, specs, etc. I felt so comfortable with Yogi. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. He wasn't pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc.He's a true pro. If you are moving to the San Ramon area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is like Yogi Sharma. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. His greatest attribute, "he listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want. His team was also lovely to work with. My husband and I wanted a specific house in a lake view community. The inventory was very limited. We contacted Julie last minute and told her we have to go see this house ASAP before the weekend not knowing it would be available in a few days. Julie acted on it immediately. She contacted the listing agent none stop until we got an appointment to see it the next day. Given her busy schedule, she always makes time for any of her clients. We got in contract that following Monday because she was very pro active and didn’t miss any window of opportunity that could have caused us to loose this house. We highly recommend her if you’re thinking of buying. She won’t be pushy, however whenever you are ready and fall in love with a home she will be aggressive and make it happen for you! If it wasn’t for Julie we wouldn’t have our dream home!

This review has been long overdue. Sabhia sold our house back in June. She was extremely helpful and took charge of the sale of our home. She is extremely professional, proactive, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly to work with. She was very organized and prepared the house, staged it, and got visual tours and photos professionally done in no time.  She was on top of each and every detail from the get go. Due to shelter-in-place restrictions in the middle of house being on the market she modified home showings – both virtual and physical. She made sure that we are all safe during the difficult times and truly cared for our health and well-being. It’s difficult enough to sell a home under normal circumstances, but amid Covid-19, we were in contact all the time. She was always there to answer any question that we had along the whole process.  Sabhia went above and beyond to make the sale our house successful and got us TOP dollar for our house.I have recommended sabhia to all my friends/ Colleagues for selling/buying their home.
