My husband and I wanted a specific house in a lake view community. The inventory was very limited. We contacted Julie last minute and told her we have to go see this house ASAP before the weekend not knowing it would be available in a few days. Julie acted on it immediately. She contacted the listing agent none stop until we got an appointment to see it the next day. Given her busy schedule, she always makes time for any of her clients. We got in contract that following Monday because she was very pro active and didn’t miss any window of opportunity that could have caused us to loose this house. We highly recommend her if you’re thinking of buying. She won’t be pushy, however whenever you are ready and fall in love with a home she will be aggressive and make it happen for you! If it wasn’t for Julie we wouldn’t have our dream home!

This review has been long overdue. Sabhia sold our house back in June. She was extremely helpful and took charge of the sale of our home. She is extremely professional, proactive, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly to work with. She was very organized and prepared the house, staged it, and got visual tours and photos professionally done in no time.  She was on top of each and every detail from the get go. Due to shelter-in-place restrictions in the middle of house being on the market she modified home showings – both virtual and physical. She made sure that we are all safe during the difficult times and truly cared for our health and well-being. It’s difficult enough to sell a home under normal circumstances, but amid Covid-19, we were in contact all the time. She was always there to answer any question that we had along the whole process.  Sabhia went above and beyond to make the sale our house successful and got us TOP dollar for our house.I have recommended sabhia to all my friends/ Colleagues for selling/buying their home.

We love Julie she is friendly, experienced, smart, organized and patient. We first started talking to her a year before we actually sold our house and she kept us update it about the best times to sell, she was really patient with us. When we finally put our house on the market (during Covid) was done very professional and safe, the whole process was smooth and we got the price we wanted for our house. She is the best!.

It was a pleasure working with Yasmene to buy my very first home. First off, she has a wonderful, kind and engaging personality. She is great to work with, very easy to talk to, and makes the home buying experience so much more pleasant. To add to that, she is very, very thorough and detailed in her work. She always follows up on everything, without ever having to remind her, and gives you a sense that things are under control. She helped me a lot in my search and introduced me to new neighborhoods, which changed my focus over the course of my search, and I finally ended up buying something quite different from what I had in mind when I started (which is a big plus, since I am very happy with my final choice!). There was also an incident that happened the day before the old owners moved out - they had a plumber come in to remove a bidet, and ended up flooding the master bathroom, which leaked down to the kitchen. That was a huge deal for me as a first-time buyer, and stressed me out a lot. Having Yasmene there to deal with it was invaluable. She worked with the seller through the whole process of getting the repairs done satisfactorily, and in time, so there was no change to my mortgage rate, and I even ended up getting new carpeting as a bonus! There was just about a weeks delay in moving in, but everything else was perfect. All in all, my experience working with Yasmene was really positive, and I am grateful I had her with me for my first home purchase. She made it a lot less stressful than I anticipated, and I am very happy with the result!

I was referred to Julie this last December when I started looking for my first home and I am so glad I was. Julie was so easy to work with and talk to. She was easy to get a hold of when I needed her even if it was the middle of the night, she was there. She was very honest with me and I really felt like she truly cared about me and making sure I was getting the best for my money. She is so understanding that this is a huge purchase and wants you to be completely happy with what you buy. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy anything. When it came time to buy she handled everything and made it easy, even when it got stressful with the loan company! She knew what to look out for and what would be the best choice or what to avoid. I can honestly say that Julie is low pressure and has the patience of a Saint. It took me probably a year to actually get to the point where I was ready to put my house on the market after I first met her.
