She is kind, understanding and fully explains the home buying process thoroughly and is available for any questions and advice. In 2017 Claudia worked with me on purchasing my condo in Hayward, CA. I had such a great experience that when I sold my condo in 2021, I didn’t think to work with any other agent. She is extremely thorough and very consistent in communication, always kept me up to date, and answered any questions or concerns I had with promptness.
