Julie has been an amazing partner in our journey to find our first home. We found her online, interviewed her and instantly felt a connection. She is honest, pragmatic, patient and gives time to all her clients. She listened to our priorities and kept a very flexible approach as we checked out a spectrum of properties ranging from condos, townhouse, and single family homes. She let us take our time to get adjusted to the competitiveness of the market. We wrote a number of offers and she worked diligently on all of them. She went out of the way to connect with the seller’s agents, figure out what the they are looking for and help us write a strong offer for each one of the many offers we put out. She kept us encouraged to try our best for every home we liked. She advised us on the long term value of the homes, lenders, repairs and renovations and was mindful of our budget. Julie was always a phone call or text away. By the end of it, Julie has become our friend, still guiding us through every small doubt we have on our home plans- whether it’s the flooring color or the refrigerator we like, she is still only a phone call away. Lastly, buying a home can be/is stressful, but Julie made it a very fun process with her great sense of humor.

I could not have asked for a better person to help me buy my first house! As a first-time buyer, I had many questions about the process. She was so organized, detail-oriented, and super responsive. She took the time to go through the entire offer packet and explain every line to me. She looked through all disclosure documents and highlighted issues before we even saw the houses, she walked me through things to look for in the houses, and was able to help me ballpark how much different updates to the houses would cost. She goes above and beyond - she truly cares about her clients and making sure they feel taken care of. She even brought her husband along when I got the keys, and they helped me change out some lights, get my door rekeyed, and reset the garage door code. It's rare to work with a person who can excel at every important metric. Julie is definitely one of those people. When working with Julie, I never felt pressured into anything - she always followed my lead. She was straight with me when she thought I was offering too much, but let me make the decision and went with the same energy and rigor no matter what. She encouraged me to keep going despite how difficult the current Bay Area market and her positive attitude made a world of difference when I was ready to give up. Also - she is so on top of her process game that there were times I felt like she wanted a house more than I did! I had a hard time getting myself together, but she was ready for everything and anything. She is always available at a moments notice and gives her clients the TLC they deserve no matter what is going on for her. One very important thing: if you feel she isn't doing right by you, she is open to feedback and she makes adjustments as necessary. Just be honest with her, and she will do the same for you.
