I have purchased this home for the purpose of flipping it. Julie helped me with finding an architect and giving advice of how to rehab the home in the best way. She helped me pick out finishes and deal with contractors. Once the house was completed she suggested a great stager. She paid for all professional photography and videography as well as getting the home professionally cleaned. I was very impressed by all the innovative marketing she provided to get the house the most exposure. So far I have purchased 5 homes and sold 4 with her. We recently sold our long-time home with Christine. We had been out of the housing market for nearly 2 decades and were very apprehensive about the entire endeavor. However, Christine quickly put our minds to ease. She is very organized and detail oriented and efficiently project managed the entire process from beginning to end. Christine gave us valuable suggestions on which repairs and upgrades would get us the biggest bang for our buck, and then proceeded to obtain quotes and coordinate work with vendors. Along the way she regularly kept us posted on progress while obtaining our sign-off on decisions when needed. I could not have asked for a better person to help me buy my first house! As a first-time buyer, I had many questions about the process. She was so organized, detail-oriented, and super responsive. She took the time to go through the entire offer packet and explain every line to me. She looked through all disclosure documents and highlighted issues before we even saw the houses, she walked me through things to look for in the houses, and was able to help me ballpark how much different updates to the houses would cost. She goes above and beyond - she truly cares about her clients and making sure they feel taken care of.
