Christine is fabulous! We could not have chosen a better realtor! She thinks of things that need to be done way in advance and makes calls to lenders, insurance agents before you even think of it! She found us a new insurance agent in a couple of hours after ours had dropped our new policy due to the fires. I have purchased this home for the purpose of flipping it. Julie helped me with finding an architect and giving advice of how to rehab the home in the best way. She helped me pick out finishes and deal with contractors. Once the house was completed she suggested a great stager. She paid for all professional photography and videography as well as getting the home professionally cleaned.
