Yasmene is truly a real estate expert who understands the market and knows what technique to use. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with her. She knows how to ease up the process and take the pressure off of seller/buyer. She is able to make effective and quick decisions. I am glad I chose Yasmene. She is honest and resourceful.

It was a pleasure working with Yasmene to buy my very first home. First off, she has a wonderful, kind and engaging personality. She is great to work with, very easy to talk to, and makes the home buying experience so much more pleasant. To add to that, she is very, very thorough and detailed in her work. She always follows up on everything, without ever having to remind her, and gives you a sense that things are under control. She helped me a lot in my search and introduced me to new neighborhoods, which changed my focus over the course of my search, and I finally ended up buying something quite different from what I had in mind when I started (which is a big plus, since I am very happy with my final choice!). There was also an incident that happened the day before the old owners moved out - they had a plumber come in to remove a bidet, and ended up flooding the master bathroom, which leaked down to the kitchen. That was a huge deal for me as a first-time buyer, and stressed me out a lot. Having Yasmene there to deal with it was invaluable. She worked with the seller through the whole process of getting the repairs done satisfactorily, and in time, so there was no change to my mortgage rate, and I even ended up getting new carpeting as a bonus! There was just about a weeks delay in moving in, but everything else was perfect. All in all, my experience working with Yasmene was really positive, and I am grateful I had her with me for my first home purchase. She made it a lot less stressful than I anticipated, and I am very happy with the result!

We had a great experience working with Yasmene. We were a first time home buyer. she was very supportive and patient throughout the entire process. She educated us and helped us at every step, She ensured our best interest without being pushy. She also provided references for contractors like blinds and shutters. The entire process was made easy by Yasmene and I would definitely recommend her.

She spends the time to help you in whatever way needed during your transition. She helped us throughout the process when we needed to make some tougth decisions. We relocated from California to Texas, and she made sure to introduce her connections to us for a smooth transition, helped with the sale of our home, and to this day we keep in touch, just because she is an extraordinary person, very lovely, fun to be with, very caring, very smart, patient, and she has become a wonderful friend. For the sale of our home she went above and beyond by making sure to prepare our house for sale, hired power wash, facilitated house cleaning, carpet cleaning, handyman to fix the paint, she got our mail, she kept on checking on the house and on us during our transition time. She made sure we had wonderful marketing for the house. She hired the best photographers, she took care of the staging, she facilitated all conversations and negotiations on our behalf, and we fully trusted her input and decisions. She made sure the timing was right to sell our home after the holidays, even though we relocated before Christmas. All her hard work paid off as she was able to sell our home in less than 24 hrs. She put the house on market on Tuesday, had a preview planned for Wednesday, and had an open house planned for the following weekend. We ended up not even having the open house. On Wednesday two buyers made great offers, and we were blown away by it! We sols the house to the sweetest nice young family. Yasmene lighted candles up at the house for the preview on Wednesday, she had Godiva chocolates on the counter, she played jazz music, etc. The buyers were delighted by the lovely way Yasmene prepared the house. We definitely recommend Yasmene for someone who values a trustworthy, loyal, honest, and very professional and approachable realtor. She has become a friend to us, and I dearly miss the daily interactions with her.

Integrity - she always does the right things for all parties involved and looks for a 'win-win' for all 2. Always available to help, support and suggest without pushing - she understood what we wanted but also subtly suggested what we could possibly also consider. 3. Proactively responsive - right from being able to view houses, any house we wanted, any day to being available to answer our inquiries, getting back without any follow-ups etc. Seldom have I seen such professionalism.
