I bought my first home with Irma in 2009. I was 21 and didn’t have a lot of money. She took me around to all areas to check out, gave her insight and made recommendations. I know my home wasn’t a large commission for her but I never felt any less valued than someone spending 2,3,5+ times the amount I was. When it came time to sell my home I knew I wouldn’t want anyone else to be apart of my next life chapter! Irma goes above and beyond - late night calls or texts to even talking me down from the ledge during stressful COVID times (yes, I decided Covid was the time to sell). We got the home sold and she was updating me every step of the way. I didn’t buy right away but Irma is my first (and only call) once I am ready to buy again next year! She’s always my recommendation to anyone and will always be my go-to realtor! Hopefully we get to work together for many more years & on many more homes!
