I bought my first home with Irma in 2009. I was 21 and didn’t have a lot of money. She took me around to all areas to check out, gave her insight and made recommendations. I know my home wasn’t a large commission for her but I never felt any less valued than someone spending 2,3,5+ times the amount I was. When it came time to sell my home I knew I wouldn’t want anyone else to be apart of my next life chapter! Irma goes above and beyond - late night calls or texts to even talking me down from the ledge during stressful COVID times (yes, I decided Covid was the time to sell). We got the home sold and she was updating me every step of the way. I didn’t buy right away but Irma is my first (and only call) once I am ready to buy again next year! She’s always my recommendation to anyone and will always be my go-to realtor! Hopefully we get to work together for many more years & on many more homes! In my early stages of purchasing a home, I saw a site online with, Dan offering some good services in helping me find a home to purchase since my Redfin Agent abandoned me. Dan would always send me listings of homes to my emails and periodically he would check on me to see how things were going. Months later, my home I had listed with Redfin still hadn’t sold and Redfin just put me in the back of the file. Redfin pretty much had given up on me leaving me to do my own work. I reached out to, Dan for advice and decided to work with him. Dan invited me and a friend out to his lovely estate for a meet and greet. Dan then drive us around the Santa Clarita Valley on his own had and showed me the goods and not so good areas of Santa Clarita. I quickly found out which properties had mello roos and which ones didn’t. Redfin failed greatly in that department leaving me vulnerable to mello roos. Dan found me a good home on a hill overlooking the valley. Dan also knew the selling agent and she was willing, wanting and ready to do business with him because of past working relationships I’m forever grateful to her for not giving up on my purchase considering I had some bumps on my selling end. Dan knows a lot of people in the industry and has a lot of resources that can benefit anyone for anything. Working with, Dan was a smooth process. I’m glad and blessed God crossed our paths. I consider a friend and is will forever be debited to him and his service. You won’t find a better real estate agent anywhere. Thanks Dan!
