Randy represented us as both buyers (in 2005) and sellers (in 2020). He is attentive, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Randy was integral to getting our house in tiptop condition for sale. Since we live out of state, he was able to meet with contractors to figure out what we needed to get done to get the best bang for our buck. The sale had numerous challenges, but Randy was always there to help us through it with information and a positive attitude. We would definitely recommend Randy to any friends looking for a realtor in the Phoenix area.
