In my early stages of purchasing a home, I saw a site online with, Dan offering some good services in helping me find a home to purchase since my Redfin Agent abandoned me. Dan would always send me listings of homes to my emails and periodically he would check on me to see how things were going. Months later, my home I had listed with Redfin still hadn’t sold and Redfin just put me in the back of the file. Redfin pretty much had given up on me leaving me to do my own work. I reached out to, Dan for advice and decided to work with him. Dan invited me and a friend out to his lovely estate for a meet and greet. Dan then drive us around the Santa Clarita Valley on his own had and showed me the goods and not so good areas of Santa Clarita. I quickly found out which properties had mello roos and which ones didn’t. Redfin failed greatly in that department leaving me vulnerable to mello roos. Dan found me a good home on a hill overlooking the valley. Dan also knew the selling agent and she was willing, wanting and ready to do business with him because of past working relationships I’m forever grateful to her for not giving up on my purchase considering I had some bumps on my selling end. Dan knows a lot of people in the industry and has a lot of resources that can benefit anyone for anything. Working with, Dan was a smooth process. I’m glad and blessed God crossed our paths.
