I can’t say enough good things about Sonya! She helped us sell our first home and is currently helping us buy our second home. Sonya is very responsive, knows what to look for in the home buying/selling process, and really went to bat for us. She kept us very informed on our options and what to watch out for. After looking through many review My wife and myself chose to go with Sonya, because she would suit our needs. She was very quick to contact us back, and came out and spoke with us. She explained the market and suggested when would be the best time to list. Once she put it on the market we had a contract within 24 hours. Pam is fantastic. She is intelligent, honest, thorough, detail oriented and extremely hard working. In addition, she is a delight to work with. We sold our house when we were out of the area for much of the time. Pam met with vendors, landscapers, etc. to help prepare the house for sale.
