Of course she is completely well versed in her home markets of Cave Creek and Scottsdale. I would not work with anyone else for my real estate needs.

Being from out of state, Maggie provided us with great information about the local market and current trends. First meeting with Marilyn and I knew we found the right listing agent. She immediately saw the property not on just an aesthetic value but with the intrinsic value that I knew existed. She instinctively knew that it would be a special buyer we would look for who understood the value and would fit in. She brought a buyer who fit the property and we sealed the deal. Escrow was problematic due to lenders shyness with the unusual property. Marilyn kept all of us calm and got us through a difficult closing while keeping our spirits up and taking care of the unique details with ease. Lenny was so helpful in finding me a new home. He showed me quite a few houses in the area I wanted and was very patient. His knowledge of homes & pricing is obvious. His network of companies (mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, etc...) was also a big help. Great personality and no pressure to buy.
