She is well known in the business so she had all the ins and out of every neighborhood we were interested in. She constantly checked in on the phone to let us know of any new listings she felt I would be interested in and I gotta say she has great taste. Every property she presented was right on the mark with what I was looking for. During the escrow process she made sure to have my back every step of the way. She was very honest with me and let me know if she wouldn’t feel comfortable with anything the selling agent would ask for. She made us feel valued as her client and not as if we were just another number. she wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. She showed she cares about her clients and reputation. As first time home buyers she was by my side throughout the whole process and made sure I understood each step. I am thankful for having such an amazing real-estate agent and would definitely recommend her to anyone I know. I can truly say I consider her a friend.

Pictures tell the story and Shirley has the best photographer on the planet which helps sell your home in a fast, effective way. She is to the point so you don't spend your time with people that are just browsing. Serious buyers only respond to her listing. Very compassionate to listen to the concerns of the seller. She has many years experience and it is evident with her knowledgeable skills of the housing market and the clients that are targeted. Very professional.

This is the second home we have sold with Shirley and Jeaninne.
