I worked with Alexis to purchase a house. She was very knowledgeable of the area as well as recent sold comps. Was able to identify areas/communities that met my needs. She was extremely responsive and replied quickly when questions were asked, or info was needed on properties. She was enthusiastic, and I believe she loves working in real estate, which is apparent by her demeanor. Overall Alexis was extremely professional and I'd highly recommend working with her to take care of your home buying or home selling needs. Hersh's initial statement to myself regarding finding a home was: "If I can't find your ideal home within four or five, then I'm not doing my job". This stuck me as kinda strange because I wasn't all that familiar with the home buying process. He was right though the fourth home shown was perfect and the one I ended up buying! Along the way David Hersh was very professional and insightful, sharing his long time knowledge and experience in the business. He'll even tell you if you if he thinks you are making a bad decision and why. Over all I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience and interactions with David Hersh. The most recent one was in November of 2020. John checks all the boxes as a true Professional. Randy represented us as both buyers (in 2005) and sellers (in 2020). He is attentive, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Randy was integral to getting our house in tiptop condition for sale. Since we live out of state, he was able to meet with contractors to figure out what we needed to get done to get the best bang for our buck.
