David and his team helped us find a beautiful home in a very difficult market in Scottsdale in Q4 2020! David's market intelligence, business acumen and willingness to stick with it until the job was finished was very impressive! Hersh's initial statement to myself regarding finding a home was: "If I can't find your ideal home within four or five, then I'm not doing my job". This stuck me as kinda strange because I wasn't all that familiar with the home buying process. He was right though the fourth home shown was perfect and the one I ended up buying! Along the way David Hersh was very professional and insightful, sharing his long time knowledge and experience in the business. He'll even tell you if you if he thinks you are making a bad decision and why. Over all I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience and interactions with David Hersh.
