Mark was a true professional who was able to help guide us through a "rough" lot split, in order to sell the home. His referral network is vast, as he referred us to a very qualified surveyor, title attorney, roofing company and remodeling contractor. All were needed to get the home prepped for sale. He is a great communicator, knowing when to text, email or when to pick up the phone to have a more in-depth conversation. His response time was very quick and very much appreciated as this was a "tricky" sale of a home that the church owned. His market analysis was spot on. He knows how to do great market research and has the ability to help you understand what is needed to secure a win/win negotiation, even when emotions are running high. My experience with Mark was a blessing. It is my second time buying a home and he made everything go very smoothly. My first home when I was selling it it was on the market for about six months. Someone introduced me to Mark and Mark took one week to get the home sold. When I was trying to buy my second home as a single mom, Mark was very helpful. He made it look like magic with how fast he did all of the work. I would 100% recommend him to you if you want to buy a home and you want all of the work to go smoothly and easily.

Our experience with Mark was extraordinary and we highly recommend him. Although considered the metro area our house and property were in a rural area. We had lived in the home almost 30 years and Mark took the time to ask questions and understand our circumstances so that we felt comfortable that he could accurately communicate everything we loved about the house to other agents and potential buyers. Mark provided us with solid advice and direction to get our house ready to put on the market, and after it was on the market he was quick to respond to our questions and kept us updated after every showing. Mark also gave us updates on what was happening in the real estate world which helped reassure us, and several times Mark did a 'walk-thru' at the house to make sure everything was in order. His professionalism, experience and calm and friendly demeanor not only put us at ease, it ensured our house sold in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark! As a first time home buyer, he helped make the process less intimidating. He was very patient when I looked at properties that maybe weren't necessarily winners just so I could see a variety of different house to learn what I liked and did not like. He shared his knowledge during walk throughs to help me determine pros and cons and compare to other properties or market value. He was very responsive in his communication throughout both the search and sale. I would highly suggest using Mark!
