Matt and his team were great! I needed to sell my home at a fairly bad time, a few other houses in the area were already for sale. He priced my home at a reasonable selling point which forced the other houses in my area to have to compete with me. One of them in particular was very nice looking and had been on the market for a while before mine. I thought I would have to wait for it to sell before mine. But with Matt on my side we sold very quickly even before the other "nicer" house at the same price. The entire process from listing to closing was painless. Matt, did a wonderful job marketing our house for sale we had offers in four days from hitting the market. Which was a shock for us. Any questions that we had in the sale or buying process Matt had an answer right away and he if did not he would dig into it and have one in a short while. I also bought my first home through Matt, which was also a very plesent experience. Matt helped with getting comfortable with the buying process as well.
