Laurie has been our agent for selling and buying homes. Some for personal and some for business. Always does a great job!

Laurie was very helpful with the condo search, from gathering information on what properties I was interested in to sending me properties as soon as possible, to scheduling tours as quickly as possible. She was very helpful answering all questions and offering advice while touring and especially when putting in an offer and closing. I felt comfortable asking Laurie questions and felt I could trust all her answers. I had no complaints or do betters and would recommend.

We have sold once & bought twice with Laurie & we wouldn't use anyone else! I cannot say enough good things about her. She's been doing it forever, is smart, has great connections in the industry, & takes care of her people. She is everything you need & more. She will fight for you & help you through navigating what is a fun but not-so-fun process all at the same time. She helped us buy & sell our first home & buy our second home. There are so many great realtors out there, but Laurie is the best of the best in our opinion. She always has her buyer's best interest at heart--when we saw a home we loved, but she knew the builder wasn't great & we'd be unhappy, she told us! She will always tell you as it is. We are so happy to have worked with her & will sometime in the future.

Both for personal (sale of house in Mounds View, Minnesota and purchase of house in northern Minnesota) and business purposes - rental properties in northern suburbs of Twin Cities. She has always been very professional and helpful. When coming across a new or unusual situation that she did not know the answer to, she would research and come back with the answer(s) without having to remind her.
