This was my first experience of selling a house. I became a trustee of my aunts estate after her passing this year. I am not from the area, my sister in law helped with finding a realtor. When I first meet Judy, we made a great connection. We got to know each other. I expressed how I didn’t know anything about the markets in the area. She walked me through the process of the selling what we should change and fix to sell the house faster. Judy is always up beat and pleasant . I don’t think I could have picked a better agent. Judy listened to us and heard our needs & wants. She tried to get the most for our house that she could. Because we were older, Judy went out of her way to help us. Helping us with trying to sell stuff, get rid of stuff, clean up stuff. Judy helped us pick a cash offer that took the house as is and would handle all the clean up of 30+ years of collected stuff we didn't need anymore. It was so nice to just take what we wanted and leave the rest. Judy also went above and beyond to get documents and items we needed when she didn't have to. Judy definitely cared more about the people then the time & money.
