Mark and Susan helped me sell a house several years ago so I wanted their help this time in selling a lot. They are old Anoka residents, as am I, so they know the area. They are well-known in Anoka. I did not want to go with someone new to the area. Susan is gracious, prompt and very very patient. We did everything on line. I agreed however that offer fell thru gladly we had a second choice. The closing process began which we could do remotely through Susan and Mark and the Title Company.
