Mark and Sue are the best in the business! For many years, several of my family members have them for buying or selling their home. I was lucky enough to use them for my first-time home purchase in April. I am confident that I would not have gotten the house without their hard work and extra efforts. I found a home in the middle of the night. I had no preauthorization and a potential offer contingent upon selling my town home. In today's market, it seemed there would be no chance at getting the house. They were able to set up a showing, work with the mortgage company on the preapproval, and assist in working up the offer by 3PM that afternoon. They're long-time connections in the industry got them in touch with the listing agent and by miracle sealed the deal. Then!
